Voting of the Italians. From a scene on a bas-relief found in the Roman Forum. Depicts Italians bringing their tablets to the magistrates, whose duty it was to collect at Rome the results of the voting taken in the cities. Note: included with text describing the administration of Augustus, so the scene may depict voting during that era.
