New Orleans man refuses to evacuate during Katrina
New Orleans, Louisiana., 9/4/05 -- This man refused to evacuate the French Quarter because nobody would let him take his 40 chickens into the shelters. New Orleans is being evacuated as a result of flooding from hurricane Katrina and is still 60% under water.
